Overview:
In order to meet subscriber demands for enhanced voice over IP (VOIP) services, the Zeugma SmartVOIP application leverages the bandwidth management capabilities of the Zeugma Services Node (ZSN and delivers guaranteed quality of service (QOS). The SmartVOIP application takes advantage of the Zeugma Open Application Sandbox (OAS) to identify VOIP flows, mark the traffic with appropriate QOS policy, discretely queue the session, and increase the available subscriber bandwidth to accommodate the flow.
